Jeffrey B. Cadwell

Jeffrey B. Cadwell is an attorney at the Carmel, Indiana law firm of Smith & Wade. His legal practice is focused on business organizations, contracts, elder law, employment law focused on the employer, estate planning, probate and estate administration, wills, trusts, and real estate law.

He places an emphasis on business and commercial law especially matters related to creditor rights.

Mr. Cadwell graduated from the Indiana University School of Business in 1979, and has been in private practice since graduating from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis, in 1982.

He is admitted to practice law in all Indiana state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Mr. Cadwell has been is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and has been in private practice for more than twenty-five years.
