Jeffrey B. Cadwell

Jeffrey B. Cadwell is an attorney at the Noblesville, IN law firm of Smith & Wade. His legal practice is focused on business organizations, contracts, elder law, employment law focused on the employer, estate planning, probate and estate administration, wills, trusts, and real estate law.

He places an emphasis on business and commercial law especially matters related to creditor rights.

Mr. Cadwell has tried approximately fifty cases, planned hundreds of estates, and collected hundreds of unpaid debts for the benefit of his clients.  

Mr. Cadwell graduated from the Indiana University School of Business in 1979, and has been in private practice for more than twenty-five years since graduating from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis, in 1982.

Mr. Cadwell is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association (Commercial and Bankruptcy Law, and Estate Planning and Administration Sections). He is admitted to practice law in all Indiana state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
